Ruth Lepson has been poet-in-residence at the New England Conservatory for over 20 years. Her latest book, ask anyone, won the Philip Whalen Award. Her other books are I Went Looking for You, Morphology, and Dreaming in Color (the AJB book). Her poems have appeared in Let the Bucket Down, Ping Pong, Big Bridge, Agni, The Women’s Review of Books, spoKe and many other publications. She has read in St. Petersburg, Russia and Barcelona, as well as on NPR’s All Things Considered, and at many places in NY and the East Coast. Most recently, she participated in the Pioneer Valley Poetry Series at Amherst College and read at Outpost in Cambridge. She will be on a panel about the late Gerrit Lansing at Poets House in NY in March. She is putting together a new & selected poems.
